Our Hiring Process
Stage 1: Pre-Assessment Telephone/Video Interview
You applied for a position and your profile has caught our attention. For some positions, a preliminary assessment is required.
This gives you a clearer picture of what the job will entail and gives us an opportunity to gauge your interest. If you are successful at this stage, you will typically be invited for the aptitude test.
Stage 2: Aptitude Test
The aptitude test is designed to assess your logical reasoning or thinking performance. If you are successful at this stage, you will be invited for an Interview.
Stage 3: The Interview
At this stage you meet senior staff and managers linked to the job you applied for.
If you are a recent graduate, the interview will focus on your education, experience, and skills. While experienced professionals will be interviewed based on experience & achievements, technical skills and competencies.
Stage 4: Final Decision and Feedback
If you have successfully completed stages one to three, you could be identified as the candidate we would like to hire. You will then receive an offer letter from the HR Department telling you how much time you have to respond to the offer, and how to do so.
You must provide written acceptance of the offer before it is considered final.
